SA Life elevates 55 staff

The difficult business operating terrain forced on organizations by the effects of the global financial meltdown notwithstanding, Standard Alliance Life Assurance Ltd, one of Nigeria’s most patronized life underwriting companies, has approved the promotions of not less than fifty five of its workforce to different cadres with effect from March 1, 2011.

A release signed by the company’s Head of Corporate Communications, Mr. Nelson Egboboh, said that management of the company recognizes that one of the chief ways to appreciate and motivate deserving staff was to promote them to appropriate levels in record time.

According to the release, key among the staff were Mr. Tony Ebubedike of the Business Development section who is now a Deputy General Manager from his earlier Assistant General Manager’s level, Mrs. Benny Okolieocha, Business Development and Mr. Kadiri Oladele, Technical, who are now Assistant General Managers from their earlier Senior Managers’ positions.

Also affected among others were Messrs. Ben Komolafe (Human Capital Management/Corporate Services),  Abidemi Onadiji (Managing Director’s Office), Abiodun Agbabiaka (Technical, Head Office) and Abiodun Oyefeso (Technical, Ikeja Office) who were moved up as Assistant Managers from their earlier Senior Officers’ positions.
